During the conceptual phase of the project JWZ discussed and created preliminary designs and sketches for a variety of site amenities. The preliminary Landscape Master Plan included streetscape landscape for both Mesa and Pioneer Boulevards, an expanded parking lot design including boulevard planting along the main access drive,  RV parking layout of individual camping spots, Dog run layout, equipment and fencing, and an enhanced pool amenities, layout, configuration and specific functional and aesthetic element design for the hotel. Due to budget considerations by both the client and the lead architect on the project, many site amenities were put on hold until after the first phase of the casino expansion. The final construction documents consisted of an expanded parking lot design including boulevard planting along the main access drive.
