Constructed in 1992, this fusion of a library and visual arts museum create a unique experience for all.  JWZ was responsible for creating the environmentally sound landscape design including the parking lots spiral pattern that irrigates the landscape with rainwater and the Library Basin that directs the excess water into the botanical collection of native plants.
